You know my sil have no experience in working before. She has no idea how tough it is to earn money. She is really lucky to have parents to protect her and giving her support. Even her brother wanting her to stay home to care for the children. Now she's here to help us out because she's does not like brother in law's wife.

I am working hard to earn some extra money. I am not like her can depend on others. I know that now she's depending on us. That's why I need to work even harder. Mother-in-law told me that she's staying with us her whole life!

Suddenly I have this title in my mind that there's always tomorrow I know I that can be earning money for helping out in the family. I am wanting to tell you that there's always tomorrow. So if you are earning hard like me don't worry as there's always a hope too.

Anyway I will try my best doing the assignment and hubby was telling me that's no big deal. To me it matter so much because I have been waiting for this assignment for so long.

You know since early morning I have started doing the assignment and it looks kind of easy. But when I see again that's not true, I have to do so much which is really taking up my time. My hubby salary is just not enough I am trying my best to earn some extra income.

All I need is his support but I don't see him giving me. I told him that he can go with the children and sil to go places that he wants. But he insisted that I go along. I really not happy with that. I am doing my work and I don't want to quit it now.

I am still doing my assignment and sil took nephew out. Leaving niece and Sean at home. Okay I can watch them. Well, its kind of surprise that sil willing to go. She was complaining about terrible headache. I asked her about it and she told me that the reason is weather is good not and not hot.

Well, I hope she take care of nephew as both of them are not very good in traffic. I hate to say that but they have been rely on driver to drive them here and there all this while. The driver I am refering to can be me, hubby or father in law.

It's good to see that she's independent don't have to wait me to drive her. I am not in the mood any way, having stomachache now.

I have been real busy and I have plan as well. I can't make any changes of it as its very important assignment which I have got to do. My bro called and asking my help but I couldn't help him out. He should have seek help from dad when he's around.

Dad and sis has gone to holiday and won't be back til Sunday. Well, he sounds desperate wanting to get me to help him. Sorry to say that I can't do it. I just having my things to do as well.

Do you feel that money is important? Do you know that many Boss does not like their staff talked about money. I have experienced before that during job interviewed I asked them about the over time paid. They kept telling me that if you are willing to learn you don't talk about money.

Also hubby has the same experience too, his colleague that keep talking about money to his Boss got himself in trouble. Not that he keep asking for allowance but he also didn't turn up at work. There's no show and also leaving work place without telling anyone. That's very bad and if I am the Boss I might not be happy too. I hired you to come to work and not hired you to come when you like it and going by when you feel like it.

This evening hubby is very happy to tell me that since his colleague no longer works in the company he has more work to do. He never mention anything about allowance to his Boss at all. The Boss told him that he might give him allowance for doing extra work.

There has been bad news from my hubby, he told me that his Boss that supposed to report today has resigned. Amazing, I can't believe it that anyone that I know have done that before. Even myself have never do this, how about you? I think maybe they have been rumours or unless the person having much more paid than this job.

What do you think? Do you think its nice to accept a job than later on not showing up at work? Anyway there's a need of compensation for the person to the company since there's a black and white offered letter to the person.

I just want my hubby to hang in there as he has so much work to do and need to overlooked the whole department. It's first time he's being asked to overlook the whole depertment. At this moment, he's still at work and no dinner yet. Just messenger with him and he's not hungry yet.

Hubby was late back this evening and at night while putting Sean to sleep. He told me that his GM suggest him to do some changes on his work. Remembered I told you that he has to do extra work as his new Boss has not joined the company. Well, hubby helped the company save $9K and GM told him that he did such a good job that he's going to him a little token of appreciation. No money but he can bring his family out for dinner.

Okay, hubby has been working extra long hours to help the company and even though there's no money compensation. Having a dinner is great as better than not having anything at all. At least GM shows his appreciation towards his hard work. Its not really over yet, there's still little work to do tomorrow.

Hope that hubby's work smooth and able to come home early.

At night, hubby was home late because he was stucked in traffic jam. There's an accident where a car was involved. He saw ambulance and fireman plus police cars passing by his car.

Anyway what about hubby's nephew? He's wanting to go China and I didn't know about it until sil told us just now. What? Hubby said NO, he can go once he has started working and earn his own money. He will be having his exam next year right after the exam he has to decide what he's going to study in college.

I must say that kids today are real lucky most of them gets what they want. Well, looks like nephew is not going to take China. His dad won't let him go, he was saying that he wants to go with his friends to China see historical area. He has been sticking around with his classmate that are living in good environment like having everything that they wanted.

I had a job opportunity and I did it but in the ended I didn't meet the requirement and was told that I will not be paid for the job. It's very sad to know about that. The job cost me $8.50 and it's good money and hard work that I did. Very sad as they can't do anything about it.

They kept telling me that the job I did have not meet their requirement. What are you going to say? It's not all my fault you know. But rules are rules you just can't change them. I lose the job and did it for nothing. I hope future there's not repeat on such cases again.
