How long is Paternity leave?

Do you know how long is paternity leave? I have no idea about it. I remembered hubby's one was only a few days. That's all. I am checking the Parental leave on wikipedia , wow you must see the list of countries. Not every country the same.

I recall that before I got pregnant I was looking for a job but sadly no job that I taken that's successful. When I nearly accept a job I got pregnant and I can't take the job offer any more. Over here most employer wouldn't take any new staff that's pregnant. Because they know you are going for a maternity leave and they have to paid you for that.

On the other hand, I have a friend that in good luck as her company even paid for her hospitalise fee and even giving her more than a month of maternity leave. Well, that's very different from me because she's a Boss in the company. When you are working in higher level, you get the best benefit.
